  • Will i receive all of the rental income?

    Yes, the landlord receives all of the Airbnb rent minus fees.

  • Who will pay the rent if I have a non paying guest?

    This isn’t an issue with short-term rental serivces. As your rent is held in escow and is paid to you directly after the guest leaves.

  • Who fixes any damage to my property?

    In the unlikely event your property is damaged, we can find someone to fix any damage, but this really shouldn’t be an issue with short term letting, as people generally only use it to sleep in.

  • Who will clean once the property is vacated?

    Our cleaning service team will handle all the cleaning and we will get your home ready for the next tenant.

  • Who is liable for any lost property?

    We would recommend that nothing of any value is left in the property, you only have to provide the essentials.

  • Who will pay the utility bills?

    You will have to cover the utility bills, including council tax, and tv license.

  • What if I want to stay in my property?

    That’s fine. Let us know the dates you want to stay and we’ll block the dates for you.

  • When do I pay your service?

    We invoice at the end of each month for our services.

  • Can you maintain the essential appliances?

    Like we said this is the benefit of short term letting, people who will be renting are generally only looking for somewhere to lay there head. However, if something does happen we can assist in helping you replace or repair your appliances.

  • What vetting do potential guests get?

    All guests on Airbnb are rated, we will not let anyone with a poor rating stay at your home.

  • Who will maintain my garden?

    For a small additional charge we will maintain your garden.

  • Who collects keys once vacated?

    We do, we will collect the keys before the guest leaves. This gives us the opportunity to check your property whilst they are still there.

  • What if I don't want any pets in my property?

    As a default , we do not accept any guests that have pets.

  • Do I need to provide WIFI?

    No, but for higher rental yields we recommend having WIFI installed. If you don’t have WIFI we can provide it for you for a small monthly fee.

  • Do i need to provide linen?

    No, we use our own linen. This is cleaned pressed ready for each guest
